Within Jönköping

It is easy to find your way in Jönköping - almost everything is within walking distance. For longer distances there are local trains, ferries and a well developed bus network with frequent service - and of course taxis.
Car
If you arrive by car to Jönköping through our beautiful entry points, you will find more than 5000 parking spaces on streets, squares and in the parking garage to choose from.

Bicycle
There are over 200 km of bike paths for those who want to see Jönköping from a bicycle. Cycling in the city or on the scenic roads around the municipality.

City Buses
If you easily want to visit different attractions, shopping and accommodation in Jönköping, take the red, yellow or green bus line. These, together with a number of local lines make it easy for you to travel not only within the city but also the entire municipality.

Driving one of the most beautiful train routes, you are soon in Bankeryd. Other places to reach by local train is Huskvarna, Tenhult,, Norrahammar and Taberg.

Visingsö Traffic
For a visit to the water pearls, Visingsö, take the ferry from the candy cane town Gränna. The tour takes about 25 minutes and the ferry runs every day throughout the year. If you want to be sure of getting a car with more than one should book a place.
