When the reservation is confirmed, the following terms and conditions apply:
Your reservation is made directly with your chosen accommodation venue. Unless otherwise stated, your credit card details are only used to secure your reservation. Your card number guarantees the hotel payment in case of late cancellation or no show. To ensure safe transfer of credit card details it is encrypted. You will pay your accommodation in full to the accommodation venue and you may choose to settle your account with cash or by credit card. Observe that some accommodation venues have limitations in which credit cards they accept. All reservations are issued with a confirmation reference number. The reference number is found on the email confirmation. This reference number should be presented to the accommodation venue upon arrival. If you mislay this number please contact Destination Jönköping on +46-36-10 71 71 or hotellbokning@jonkoping.se to retrieve it.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so at www.destinationjonkoping.se. Unless otherwise stated in the cancellation terms, you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 18.00 one day prior to arrival. Any cancellations received later than that time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night's stay. Failure to show for your reservation will also result in a no-show fee equivalent to one night's stay. Log in using the personal user ID and password listed on your email confirmation. The cancellation will also be confirmed by email.
Terms and conditions for reservations in private accommodation via private accommodation companies Prepayment and different conditions and cancellation rules than those above apply for reservations in private houses and apartments via private accommodation companies. Further instructions will be sent in a separate email from the private accommodation company.
