Ambassadors meet several times a year. The get-togethers alternate practical information with excursions and fun activities.
At the get-togethers, our ambassadors:
  • receive information about Jönköping
  • experience what the city has to offer
  • exchange knowledge and experiences with other ambassadors
  • forge new contacts
  • look at information on how to influence Jönköping´s development
  • receive information on how to contribute to the marketing of Jönköping

JÖNKÖPING AIRPORT
Welcome to an exciting get-together for ambassadors at Jönköping Airport on 4 May, an exclusive evening with representatives from the airport who will talk about the airport, what is happening and how ambassadors can market Jönköping Airport. We will also be offering something tasty to eat during the evening.

On 1 January 2010, the Municipality of Jönköping took over Jönköping Airport. After Stockholm, Jönköping Airport has the biggest catchment area in Sweden with 85% of Sweden´s population living within 350 km of the airport. The conditions for Jönköping Airport are excellent with connecting road and rail networks. Jönköping´s role as an important logistics centre and, not least, the development of Jönköping Airport as an important centre for airfreight in Sweden make the airport even more interesting.

Date: 4 May
At: 6 pm
Place: Jönköping Airport. We will arrange coach rides to the airport. More information about the departure will be available nearer the time.
