
- I'm excited about opening this new restaurant. I chose between staying in Jönköping or start working at one of the world's leading restaurants in France or the United States. Considering the fact that I love this town and that this is where my family and friends live, I chose to stay. I want to create my own cuisine with the best primary produce where we cook from scratch. We will offer a genuine and substantial menu characterized by my innovative style of cooking.
By opening the new restaurant, Huskvarna Stadshotell is now complete, and so this unique boutique hotel is one of the first real lifestyle hotels of its kind in Sweden. The hotel is very personal with its 35 uniquely designed hotel rooms.
- Presenting some of Sweden's first locally produced hotel rooms, we want both our food and our beverages to be locally produced as well. Besides our co-operation with Rudenstam's, we're probably the only restaurant in Sweden to offer solely Swedish beer. Of course, we also have a wide range of whisky from Mackmyra in Valbo, says Anne Robertsson, owner of Huskvarna Stadshotell.
